The Texas-based non-profit organization, Texas Inter-Faith Housing Corporation (TIFHC), has started construction on Knoll Street Crossing for Seniors, which is a new affordable housing community serving the elderly and seniors of both Houston and Harris County. Knoll Street Crossing for Seniors, located at 1938 Knoll Street in Houston, will be a newly constructed four-story elevator-loaded building offering 21 one-bedroom units and 44 two-bedroom units.

The Texas-based non-profit organization, Brompton Community Housing Development Corporation (Brompton), has started construction on Park Boulevard, which is a new affordable housing community serving the families of Houston, Texas. Park Boulevard, located at 9250 Blackhawk Boulevard in Houston, is comprised of a three, three-story garden style buildings offering 18 one-bedroom units, 30 two-bedroom and 18 three story units.

The Texas-based non-profit organization, Oaklake Community Housing Development Corporation (OCHDC), has started construction on Avenue Heights, which is a new affordable housing community serving the families of Killeen, Texas. Avenue Heights, located at 2600 Illinois Avenue in Killeen, is comprised of a one-story community clubhouse and two three-story garden style buildings offering 21 one-bedroom units and 48 two-bedroom units.

Hunt Capital Partners, in collaboration with nonprofit Oaklake Community Housing Development Corporation (OCHDC), announced the closing of $13.2 million in federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) for Oak Lofts Crossing for Seniors (Oak Lofts), a 60-unit affordable housing development in Stafford, Texas.

The $31.5MM development, Skyline at Cedar Crest, will convert vacant land into a mixed-income community servicing the workforce families of Southern Dallas. 85 of the 107 units, 79%, will be affordable to families earning 60% of the area median income ($51,550 for a family of four) or less.

Hunt Capital Partners, in collaboration with Texas Inter-Faith Housing Corporation, a 501(c)3 Texas non-profit organization, announced the closing of $13.8 million in federal low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) and $194,580 in federal energy efficiency 45L credit equity financing for the construction of Westheimer Garden Villas.
